In this episode we talk about how your thoughts lead to behaviour which will result in either getting…or not getting exactly what you want…or think will happen.
When you can understand the basics of this you can really start to leverage it to your advantage and become more aware.
Especially while we’re in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic it’s more important than ever to watch those thoughts and have a really solid level of awareness of the things we say to ourselves and how it shapes our behaviour and can cause us to self sabotage BIG time.
