Welcome back to the replay series of previous Positive Pants Podcast episodes that are PERFECT for where we’re at right now in lockdown.
I’m continuing to highlight ALL the tools you already have in your armoury right now. Many people have felt stuck in overwhelm at this time. There’s been pressure to DO DO DO, Don’t waste the time…easier said than done when you’re in overwhelm because it can feel paralysing.
Hopefully i’m here to help. Been there done it and got the t-shirt many times and I remember the feeling SO well when back in 2014 we lost everything and somehow had to pick ourselves back up and DO something about it.
Follow even just a few of these steps and you’ll start to get yourself moving again. Don’t put pressure on yourself for how long that takes…just get moving, even if it’s baby steps. They’re still steps in the right direction.
