Kirsty, “The Crossroads Coach” gained her reputation through working with brands such as GHD, Clinique, as well as Tech companies such as Sony and Quantum Black to find a way to guide people in “the messy middle” while doing it with an approach that is completely relatable and realistic.

Her down to earth manner has made her a go to for brands and companies who care about their employees wellbeing.

Kirsty was recently featured in the metro.co.uk to showcase her Meditation tips and to show that is really can be for anyone no matter what season of life they are in.

She has recently launched her new podcast: The Mindset + Me Podcast to give people real and usable hacks, techniques and coping mechanisms to take control of your mindset. As truly, Mindset is Everything.
